Tracy Lawrence‘s daughters grew up around the music business, but that doesn’t mean they can’t still get a little starstruck. In a new interview with Taste of Country Nights, the singer says his kids were very excited to get their pictures taken with a couple of contemporary superstars.
Lawrence has just released a new album called Good Ole Days, which features new takes on his classic hits recorded as duets with other country stars. His duet partners include Luke Bryan, who joins him on a new arrangement of “Sticks and Stones,” and Lawrence says it “was a big deal” for 14-year-old Keagan and 16-year-old Skylar to meet Bryan when he came down to the studio.
They were also clamoring to meet another young star during the CMA Music Festival over the summer.
