Reba McEntire’s Former Farm to Become Bed & Breakfast, Event Venue

Reba McEntire‘s former Nashville-area residence, Starstruck Farms, is being transformed into a bed & breakfast and event venue. According to Nashville’s Tennessean, a buyer entered into a contract to purchase the property, with plans to open it up for others to enjoy.

According to the original for-sale listing from 2016, the 13,000-square-foot mansion features an elevator, hot tub, wet bar, in-ground pool, fireplace, tennis courts and even a home theater room. The sprawling 83-acre estate also contains a guest house and small six-stall barn. Readers can press play below to take a virtual tour through the breathtaking residence.

In July, the mansion sold for a cool $5 million to Paul H. Burch, who then subdivided the property and relisted the house itself in August of this year. Now, Wilson County has received a zoning request from an unnamed potential buyer of the 13 acres on which the home is located to be used as a bed & breakfast and event venue.

The rest of McEntire’s former property is being zoned for an additional 15 homes, according to the Tennessean. So far, the county has approved the zoning requests, which limits the number of event guests to 500 at a time and the number of overnight visitors to 15.

McEntire lived in the sprawling Starstruck Farms estate with her former husband, Narvel Blackstock. The two separated in 2016.
