ALL ACCESS congratulates CUMULUS nationally syndicated “NASH NIGHTS LIVE” co-host SHAWN PARR, who will be honored with the “CALIFORNIA COUNTRY AWARDS” Lifetime Achievement Award on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 16th in LONG BEACH, CA. PARR is being recognized “for his indelible impact on Country music in CALIFORNIA through a lifetime of significant achievements in radio, television, and the industry.”
Though based in NASHVILLE now, PARR is a SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA native whose broadcast career includes 25 years in LOS ANGELES Country radio, most notably 15 years at then-EMMIS KZLA, followed by a stint at MT. WILSON BROADCASTERS KKGO, following KZLA’s 2006 flip out of the format. PARR has also been the voice of the ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS for more than two decades. He joined CUMULUS in 2014, launching “NASH NIGHTS LIVE” (NET NEWS 11/11/13).
