Lady Antebellum singer Hillary Scott and her husband, drummer Chris Tyrrell, have welcomed twin daughters!
The girls join their 4-year-old sister, Eisele. They were born “in the early hours of Jan. 29,” a post on Scott’s Instagram states:
Scott did not reveal the babies’ names or faces, but indicated she’s excited to do so soon. “We can’t wait to share more about them in the days to come. Thank you to everyone who prayed and prayed for these little ladies, and thank you Lord for healthy babies,” she writes.
The couple revealed Scott’s pregnancy in August, and they shared a video of the moment they told Eisele that she was going to have two baby sisters.
“Eisele is so excited to have her very own living baby dolls,” Scott wrote to accompany a baby gender reveal. “Chris and I are beyond grateful that we get to raise a household of little ladies, and can’t wait to watch and help them grow into kind, independent, and confident women!”
Scott celebrated the upcoming birth at a baby shower in Nashville in December that included Kelsea Ballerini and bandmate Dave Haywood’s wife, Kelli, who was also expecting at the time. Haywood and Kelli welcomed a baby girl named Lillie Renee Haywood on Dec. 22, who joined older brother Cash.
The new additions bring the total number of Lady Antebellum kids to six, including Charles Kelly‘s son Ward, who was born in February 2016.
