This fall, Kip Moore hit the road for his Plead the Fifth tour in support of his newest album, Slowheart. That run wrapped up on Dec. 2 of last year in Columbus, Ohio, but if you thought the party was over, you’d be wrong: Moore announced on Jan. 30, 2018 that he will kicking off a second leg of the tour this spring. The tour, which officially begins in Kingston, Ontario on March 22, 2018, will take the singer through Canada and will also include a brief jaunt down into the Carolinas in April.
Moore recently released an emotional video to accompany “Last Shot,” the most recent single off of Slowheart. Prior to that release, Moore saw his 4th No. 1 hit single with the sweet and infectious “More Girls Like You,” a ballad about devotion woven seamlessly into a round-style, elegant melody. Slowheart earned the top spot on The Boot’s Top 20 Country Albums of 2017 for its emphasis on songwriting process and vocal arrangements, and we weren’t the only ones who were impressed: Moore also garnered recognition on “Best Of” lists assembled by Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly and the Bobby Bones Show, to name a few.
As Moore’s fan base already knows, the singer puts on a stellar live show. Tickets for the spring leg of the Plead the Fifth tour will go on sale on Feb. 2 at 10AM Central Time. Readers can buy tickets at Moore’s website.
