Jake Owen is selling the rural estate that he bought from Loretta Lynn, and from the looks of the beautiful listing photos, the price is a steal.
Owen is asking $1.5 million for the 4,918 square foot home in Kingston Springs, Tenn., a rural community just outside of Nashville that is home to many in the country music business. According to Zillow, that breaks down to $305 per square foot, and financing would break it into monthly payments of $5,851.
The single home family was built in 2006 and features top-shelf amenities including four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a fully appointed workout room and a built-in recording studio that has enough space for live drums. The three-story home boasts two master suites, an outdoor tiki bar, a hot tub and a massive chef’s kitchen, and if you don’t want to climb all those stairs, you can always take the elevator.

According to records, the property last sold for $625,000 in 2012 and has increased in value 140 percent since then. It’s situated on a private, very wooded seven-acre lot that is secluded and quiet, but just 30 minutes from downtown Nashville. Nashville’s Tennessean newspaper reports that Owen lived in the house for five-and-a-half years before listing it for sale. The property at 1254 Webb Ridge Road is listed with Cheryl Ewing at Fridrich & Clark Realty.
Owen has scored a string of hits that includes “Barefoot Blue Jean Night,” “Alone With You,” “Anywhere With You” and “Beachin’.” He scored his most recent No. 1 single, “American Country Love Song,” in 2016 from his most recent album, American Love.
