At least 27 people were killed and 27 injured in a mass shooting at a Texas church Sunday morning (Nov. 5), according to law enforcement.
The alleged shooter, who has not been identified, is dead. The incident at First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, about 40 miles southeast of San Antonio, is believed to be the worst church shooting in U.S. history.
Country stars — including several who call Texas their home or native state — turned to social media to express their shock and grief and share prayers and well wishes.
