CUMULUS MEDIA has appointed attorney D.J. (JAN) BAKER to its Board Of Directors.
BAKER retired from LATHAM AND WATKINS in JULY; he served most recently as that law firm’s global Co-Chair of the Corporate Restructuring Practice Group and previously was a partner at SKADDEN ARPS and WEIL, GOTSHAL, AND MANGES. BAKER’s expertise is in guiding clients through out-of-court restructurings and court-supervised reorganizations and restructurings.
