Carrie Underwood has been bringing audiences to tears with her very special video montage to the song “What I Never Knew I Always Wanted,” which she shared on stage during her 2016 Storytellers Tour.
The video — which was premiered by Sounds Like Nashville in light of the recent release of her concert film — shows the singer in personal moments with her husband, Mike Fisher, with special shots including one from their wedding.
It moves on to reveal shots of their unborn baby son in utero, Underwood showing off a pregnant belly, and — of course — plenty of photos of their baby Isaiah just doing what he does best (that would be, being cute) once he made his way into the world.
The family dogs, whom Underwood’s fans will know are near and dear to her heart, even make a few appearances as well!
It’s a fitting release for the holiday season, when all of us are counting our blessings. Underwood’s Carrie Underwood: The Storyteller Tour – Stories In The Round, Live from Madison Square Garden showcases 17 of the Oklahoma native’s 26 No. 1 singles, from “Heartbeat” to “Last Name” and “Jesus, Take The Wheel” to “Blown Away” and more.
The “Something in the Water” singer recently co-hosted the CMA Awards for the tenth year in a row with Brad Paisley, delivering a powerful rendition of “Softly and Tenderly” during the broadcast that brought Bridgestone Arena to a standstill honoring the lives lost in 2017, including the victims of the mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Festival.
