Carrie Underwood laid low for much of 2017, but she’s already got something major on her calendar for next year: The country superstar will be headlining WE Fest 2018!
Although Underwood’s had a quiet 2017 for the most part, she spent pretty much all of 2016 on tour in support of her newest studio album, Storyteller. In November, she will return to co-host the 2017 CMA Awards with Brad Paisley; that same month, Underwood will also be inducted into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame.
Underwood is the third headliner to be announced for WE Fest 2018; she joins Jason Aldean and Florida Georgia Line at the top of the annual festival’s bill. The rest of the lineup has yet to be announced, but it’s gonna be big: In past years, WE Fest has hosted Lady Antebellum, Alan Jackson, Brett Eldredge and more.
WE Fest 2018 is scheduled for Aug. 2-4, at Soo Pass Ranch in Detroit Lakes, Minn. The 2018 festival will be the 36th annual event; it’s billed as the world’s largest country music and camping festival.
Tickets for WE Fest 2018 are now on sale. Three-day general admission tickets for the festival start at $120, with reserve tickets starting at $260 and VIP packages starting at $750. A variety of camping options are also available. Visit WEFest.com or call 800-493-3378 for more information on all ticket and camping options.
