Brantley Gilbert will be setting sail in October of 2018 for a very special 4-night party. His Kick It In The Ship Cruise, is set to hit the road, er, sea from Oct. 23-28, and will travel from Miami, Fla. to Nassau, Bahamas.
Teaming up with Sixthman, a leader in themed cruise experiences for over a decade, the party will also feature appearances by Luke Combs, Michael Ray, Blackhawk, Colt Ford, Josh Phillips, Faren Rachels and more to be announced soon. While the experience will be framed around performance, Gilbert will also host a Q&A session along with a number of interactive events and parties for fans.
“We want to take the entire BG nation on vacation,” GIlbert says of the upcoming adventure. “Have a lot of fun, a lot of music and a lot of coming together somewhere nobody has to drive, nobody has to go home and everybody can make friends.”
To date, Gilbert has two studio albums — 2009’s “Modern Day Prodigal Son” and 2011’s “Halfway to Heaven.” His second album hit No. 1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Album Chart after it was released. The singer has always been known for his high-energy life performances and connection to the crowd: he supported Willie Nelson on his Country Throwdown Tour in 2011, and subsequently shared the stage with Toby Keith, Uncle Kracker and Greg Bates.
The Norwegian Jade, an iconic cruise destination in her own right, will offer Gilbert an entirely new kind of stage. Featuring its own casino, an outdoor pool, a full menu of spa services and 11 bars and lounges, the shop provides a non-stop party experience for its guests. Pre-sale registration is now available at Gilbert’s official website, and those who book during the pre-sale period will be available for a lottery of exclusive add-ons and perks, such as signed guitars, dinner with Gilbert and credit to spend on on-shop swag.
