Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s ‘The Rest of Our Life’ Video Is 21 Years of Passion

On the heels of announcing their first-ever album together, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill offer a look at the ups and downs of marriage in “The Rest of Our Life” video.

The nearly four-minute clip has the country couple in an impassioned argument at the start of the video from a car that is making its way through a corn field. In the next scene, they continue their fight outside, but by the time the two get back in the car it’s clear the fight isn’t over.

As rain pours down, Hill gets out once again — despite pleading from her husband — and begins walking the empty streets on her own before finding some solace in a nearby restaurant.

“I’ll be fine if one gray hair shows / I’ll be fine if my waistline goes / I’ll be fine even if time takes it’s toll / We’ll stay young for the rest of our lives,” the real-life couple sing during the chorus.

“The Rest of Our Life” video has heated moments, but remains a sweet look at a relationship between two people who vow to stick it out. At one point, Hill sings of how she’s been making plans for children since she first looked into McGraw’s eyes and how she even has the names picked out.

McGraw and Hill have been married 21 years and have three daughters together. “The Rest of Our Life” was reportedly written by pop star Ed Sheeran alongside Amy Wadge, Johnny McDaid and Steve Mac. It is the first track featured on the couple’s forthcoming album, also titled The Rest of Our Life, out on Nov. 17.
