CUMULUS MEDIA and WESTWOOD ONE nationally syndicated “NASH NIGHTS LIVE” co-host ELAINA D. SMITH will join co-host SHAWN PARR to handle live voiceover announcing for the “53RD ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS” on SUNDAY, APRIL 15th. This year’s show will mark PARR’s 24th turn as voice of the telecast, and SMITH’s first year joining him for the live event. SMITH has been teasing the announcement all week and took to FACEBOOK LIVE today (3/9) to share the news with listeners. Check out the video here.
As previously announced, REBA MCENTIRE returns to host the ACM AWARDS this year (NET NEWS 3/1). The event will be broadcast on CBS-TV live from the MGM GRAND GARDEN ARENA in LAS VEGAS.
