Bo Matthews Named OM For Alpha Media/Dayton Cluster

ALPHA MEDIA/DAYTON has tapped programming vet BO MATTHEWS as OM for the five-station cluster, with additional Dir./Content duties for Country WCLI (HANK FM) and Classic Hits WGTZ (JACK FM). The DAYTON group also includes Top 40 WDHT, Urban AC WROU, and Sports WING. MATTHEWS succeeds BRAD WALDO, who departed the company yesterday (1/31).

“BO is a world-class ‘A’ level programmer who is energized, pursues excellence as a habit, understands the mission and how to achieve it,” said ALPHA MEDIA EVP/Content SCOTT MAHALICK. “We look forward to his leadership on the ALPHA Content Team.” MATTHEWS’ radio resume includes time with iHEARTMEDIA in FORT MYERS, JACKSONVILLE, and CLEVELAND, His most recent role was iHEARTMEDIA SVP/Programming/CINCINNATI.
